It can be a bit clunky and confusing checking which shops have stock of your item and having to navigate around after putting something in your basket. It is good being able to reserve things in store but frustrating as things are often shown on sale but completely out of stock every where including for home delivery. It's very helpful seeing what previous sale prices have been.

Good price. Really good delivery and click and collect service. Only problem is sale items going out of stock quickly so you cant buy them until they have gone back up in price
