Think this is seen as a slightly better product but when you check the nutrients etc there is very little difference so not really worth the extra money. However I had no problems with it.

Aptamil was our formula of choice as a back up incase breastfeeding wasn't an option for our daughter. I had friends who had used aptamil for their children and had no problems so I went with it. It turns out that she used formula from the day after her birth day until 1 year old. No problems, good value & easy to prepare. Also We noticed a difference in the consistency, colour & smell between the powder vs pre made formula but baby couldn't tell the difference.

My little girl has been on Aptamil powder and the ready made bottles since she was 6 weeks old as breastfeeding didn't go to plan. Im very happy with the brand and so is my little girl. I am due another baby in 3 months time and if breastfeeding doesn't go to plan again then I will certainly be using Aptamil.

I only used Aptamil because i had read great reviews all round. And my daughter loves it. So i personally would recommend to anyone.

The water used to prepare the formula should be boiled half and hour before use. The maximum amount suggested on the formula should not be given to a baby but rather less shout be given. For example, if the formula states give a baby 180ml at 4 months; the parent need to decide if this is appropriate as not all babies are already to have 180ml of formula at a certain age.

The normal one is better than the new brand cos you have to keep shaking it every time u want to feed baby

Although quite expensive compared to others baby liked it, easy to find in shops and abroad too, wide range, easy to use and prepare with handy storage boxes, does stain clothes if not rinsed soon after.
