Think this is seen as a slightly better product but when you check the nutrients etc there is very little difference so not really worth the extra money. However I had no problems with it.

Aptamil was our formula of choice as a back up incase breastfeeding wasn't an option for our daughter. I had friends who had used aptamil for their children and had no problems so I went with it. It turns out that she used formula from the day after her birth day until 1 year old. No problems, good value & easy to prepare. Also We noticed a difference in the consistency, colour & smell between the powder vs pre made formula but baby couldn't tell the difference.

I found aptimel to be the best brand for my son as he tented to feed little and often, as opposed to a while bottle at a time like other babies. Aptimel was best because it tended to last the longest without the formula separating when let out or in the fridge.

Very good product and plenty of selection of different types of milk. However Aptamil can be expensive.

Aptamil is an amazing formula. I have been giving it to my baby since she was 4 months old alongside breastfeeding as I was worried she wasn't getting enough from breastfeeding. Aptamil's First Stage Close to Breastfeeding formula has worked a charm for us as it never bothered my baby from day one of trying it due to it being like breastmilk. I love this product of formula and would recommend it to anyone who wants to to breastfeed but are unable to. It literally smelt the same as breastmilk and was fab in helping my baby gain the weight she needed along side my breastmilk.

My baby had no reaction to using this formula. Did not make him constipated either. Would definitely recommend.
