Think this is seen as a slightly better product but when you check the nutrients etc there is very little difference so not really worth the extra money. However I had no problems with it.

Aptamil was our formula of choice as a back up incase breastfeeding wasn't an option for our daughter. I had friends who had used aptamil for their children and had no problems so I went with it. It turns out that she used formula from the day after her birth day until 1 year old. No problems, good value & easy to prepare. Also We noticed a difference in the consistency, colour & smell between the powder vs pre made formula but baby couldn't tell the difference.

Aptimal is brilliant as they provide a different range of stages and also provide milk for colic and constipated babies, aswell as confort milk,

Mixes well, baby drinks without any problems. Useful guide on side to indicate volume that should be made for each feed and frequently of feeds. Smaller powder packs could be useful as childcare providers use it less frequently and have to discard unused portion after a period of time from it being opened.

Only used pre made, as unique smell and seemed thick, baby did not take to it, lot of sick up and reflux

Good quality formula - I've had no problems with wither instant or powder - no constipation, reflux or any other.

This was what was given to us inhospital so it's what I bought when we came out but I didn't realise it was more expensive than other brands and my health visitor said it has the same ingredients as other brands. So I switched. I had no problems with this brand and would have continued to use it but wanted to save some money

Very good although is dearer for any specialised milk eg comfort, hungry baby, colic, constipation etc should remain same in my oppinion as harder to provide these items if that what baby requires and if your on your own like myself very little income per household.
