Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

Beautifully designed stores so you can touch and ask for assistance when in. Large availability online for everything. However is quite expensive.

Brought lots of stuff from here while pregnant, l purchased full travel system, babies furniture, bedding, tonnes of clothes, play mats, toys, car seat. You get what you pay for! Great product quality
