Easy to use but the aftercare customer service is appalling.... If you can find the same product from elsewhere buy it. Mamas and papas made me drive from Watford to Southampton (where product purchased) to return something. This company takes your money then doesn't care if things go wrong. It's happened to me twice and won't happen again as I won't use them. A great clothes alternative shop is jojo maman bebe.

Too expensive for what you get I've found customer service is not great but the clothes are gorgeous if you have the money for it. Prefect for weddings and Specail occasions.

Lovely stuff but very overpriced for clothes and things! However our pram we got from there(urbo) is brilliant, great value, and lasted for two babies!
