Website is awful, only good if you can't get to the store itself or want something your local store doesn't stock. Otherwise avoid the online site, it's terrible

Can always find the products you need for babies and have a good variety. Can collect extra points when part of the parents group too.

Purchased things via boots for click and collect to store. Easy to navigate website and good for finding the odd bargain. I like boots because of their points card.

Bad marks (looked like tar) on several of the Boots reusable nappies that I purchased online. Customer Service resolved the issue quickly and efficiently after receiving photos.

Good range of baby products and the parent and baby club is really useful because of more points. However can get products cheaper elsewhere
