Website is awful, only good if you can't get to the store itself or want something your local store doesn't stock. Otherwise avoid the online site, it's terrible

The Boots in our city has most of the essentials but a very limited amount of good food items and I deem overpriced.

I tried to use my boots advantage points to buy baby formula but was told I couldn't because boots do not want to promote the use of formula and support breast feeding! How I was told this upset me as I had just given up breast feeding after 6 months as my baby became intolerant (it was not a choice to stop). Even if I hadn't breast fed I think it is awful that boots can make feel women feel so terrible with their 'old school' views. The person who decided on this rule has clearly never had a child. I will not be buying any other products from boots.

Our local boots doesn't have a big selection of clothes but other stuff and some clothes are good
